Hello,
We have a problem with the way the leading zero of the area code is
handled in some Contact's phone numbers.
For example, say that a UK Contact's phone number is (0123) 456789
where 0123 is the area code and 456789 the phone number.
Sometimes Outlook will store the number as +44 123 456789 which can be
dialled. The problem is that sometimes Outlook stores the number as
+44 (0)123 456789 which can't be dialled (it will dial +44 0
123456789 instead of +44123456789).
How can it be made to ignore the zero for all entries, or at least for
all new ones?
Thanks,
Alan.
