Problem with Letterhead

At our organization, we have a letterhead macro that everyone uses.
The logo and titles are on the left margin of the first page.

I want to be able to set different margins on the second page that
will carry throughout the document. I want to also be able to put on a
header starting with the second page and continuing throughout the
document.

I've found how to do both items on the document seperately; however
not at the same time. In other words, if I have the magins set, and
initiate the header, it cancels the magins and vice versa. Is there
any way to do both? I can forward the document if you need it. Thanks.
