Problem with linking to any Outlook Contacts folders

Whenever I try to create a linked table in ms access 2003 to any contacts
folders I receive an error message : Access has encountered a problem and
needs to close.

I am in an exchange server environment, and the contacts folder is on the
server under my mailbox.

I can link other outlook/exchange server folders, such as my inbox, without
any problems.

How can I fix this problem?

Any help would be appreciated.

I found the solution.

In the import exchange wizard that comes up in Access, I need to select the
contacts folder that shows up under the Address Book hierarchy. From there, I
can successfully link to any contacts folders under the Address Book
hierarchy. But I couldn't link to the Contacts folders when they were under
some other folder hierarchy, such as myt mailbox or public folders. This
issue is now resolved.
