My running club wesite has a problem. (www.troontortoises.org.uk)
The home page consists of a number of frame (4 in total) and within each of
the bottom three frames, there are web links. The top one is just a couple
of graphics with no links and isn't a problem.
Any link in the lefthand frame can be made to open in the LH frame, the
central one, the righthand frame or a new window with the appropiate "target
frame" designation.
Any link in the middle frame can be opened in the middle frame or the RH
frame or a new window.
Any link in the RH frame can *only* be opened in the RH frame or a new
window.
I would like to open the link to the FAQ (which is currently set to open a
new window) in the central frame but whatever setting I use for the target
frame (apart from "new window") it always opens in the RH frame.
Is this a basic feature of html that links can only open in the same window
or one to the *right* of the window with the link or am I doing something
wrong?
