Problem with locating Original Infopath TEMPLATE

I have developed an Infopath form Templates and have Published it so that the
employees can access the form, fill out a copy, and save it.

When an employee sends a copy of a filled out form to someone by email, and
the reciepient attempts to open it, there is an error message stating that it
cannot find the TEMPLATE.

Does it need to be able to access the template in order to open the filled
out form?
