I've used FrontPage 2000 happily for many years on a XP Home Edition OS, and
now just recently have not been able to open my html files that have names
longer than 8 characters. What's up with that? Has there been a recent update
to XP that has broken the capability of using long file names for html pages
(I'm talking maybe 10-12 characters - nothing outrageously long)? Any tips on
how to get that functionality back? If not, I'm doomed to have to re-name at
least 400 pages on my website and all their links to one another to continue
to be able to maintain the site.
