problem with mail merge

While printing a newsletter using Publishers Mail merge feature, I got this
error message:

While printing a newsletter using Publishers Mail merge feature, I got this

It looks like you have an image in your publication that is at too high
a resolution for the PDF or PostScript driver you're using. Whether this
is a design element or a merged-in image I don't know.

It could most likely be the picture size, as there are lots of pictures in
the newsletter...however, I don't understand why it will print several
(hundreds, actually) then give me this error message?
I resolved the issue by turning off the printer for 10 min, thus letting it
'reset', and it's worked fine for 2 days...until today, lol..same problem.
