Problem with message format in Email

I have my outlook set so that all HTML text messages are edited with Word
2003. Never had a problem untill now - whenever I start a new email message,
my font & email signature are in Arial font 24 or larger, but when i sent the
message and then open it from my sent items folder, it shows the message as
my normal font, arial 12.

I am assuming this has to do with using word as my editor because when I
unselect word 2003 to be the editor of my email messages, it works fine. As
soon as I set it so it edits my email messages, it will type in Font 24 or
larger.

How do I resolve this?

Does the font size indicater actually says 24? If not you probably have
zooming set to 200%.
