Problem with missing letters

I've been creating some forms for my company using visio 2003, the forms
look great on screen but then when I print them off, certain letters are
missing on the printout usually the letter "t" this doesn't just appear in
one certain area of the form, throughout the form letters do not appear,
there is no pattern to where this happens. All other printouts are missing
the same letters in exactly the same places, does anyone know what is
causing this and how to sort it out?

usually the suggestion is to start with ensuring that available fixes for
visio and printer drivers are installed. You might want to check and see if
the document prints correctly on another printer (to see if it is a
printer/driver issue).
