problem with MS Office 2000

Hi all,
i have some windows 2000 client with office 2000 professioanl edition
and the client have local policy.
Winword crash and the message in the event viewer is:

L'applicazione ha generato un errore di applicazione. L'errore si è
verificato su 11/05/2003 @ 07:53:34.431 Exception c0000005 generata
all'indirizzo 6061FDC3 (DrvConvertDevMode)

Someone have an idea?
