Dear Sir,
I have downloaded and installed Beta 2 Technical Refresh on 5.10.2006.
Surprisingly I could not open any file previously I saved using MS Office
2007 (Beta 1). This involved files of MS Excel and MS Word. The error message
being the antivirus program did not allow it to be open as it might be
infected with virus. (MS Knowledge Base Article 835404) I carried out a quick
scan and found that no virus was present in my PC.
Also I noticed that all the The MS Outlook, Excel and Words 2007 software
respond very slowly and frequently become non responsive and follow by
sending you the technical report.
I am a participant of your Real Time Customer Experience Program and would
like to help you to improve the software. I hope you could review and upgrade
your downloads. I will try to download and reinstall this refresh in a few
days time.
I hope by then this problem could be fixed and I could provide you with the
necessary feedback for product improvement.
