Problem with MS Office XP Small Business 2003

When trying to launch MS Office XP Small Business 2003 the following error is
generated “ An error occurred and this feature is no longer functioning
properly. Please run setup and select repair to restore application†and
when I insert the MSXP SMB 2003 media it launches Explorer and when I execute
the setup.exe file the following error is generated “The installation source
for this product is not available. Verify that the source exist and that you
can access it†when trying to remove the it from the add/remove list the same
error is generated. I have attempted all the results from the MS KB searches
to no success. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Please reply to grant@
