In Word 2003, I can define a different outline numbering scheme for
the same heading level in different parts in the document using "Apply
changes to - > This point forward". So I could achieve this e.g. in
the same TOC:
1. Introduction................1-1
2. Methodology...............2-1
2.1 Whatever...................2-2
3. Results.......................3-1
3.1 Whatever...................3-3
Attachment A:.................A-1
Attachment B..................B-1
In WORD 2007, "Apply changes to - > This point forward" does not work
like that anymore - it changes all the previous instances of the
heading style and page numbers as well. It seems that it is now
impossible to have different numbering/format shemes for the same
heading in the same document? How should it be done in Word 2007?
Thanks.
