problem with normal view

In word 2002, my normal view isn't showing the correct
font or font size. I see it correct in the print view.
My older version of Word at home shows all fonts
correctly in the normal view. How do I correct this
problem? Also, how do I set up my page display to be the
same everytime I open a new document?
