Problem with Notify Me in Lending Library

Hi all,
I have problem to use the Notify Me feature of Lending Library Application
template in moss 2007.
When I do click in the link appears a legend that say:

"An error occurred during the processing of
/Prueba/biblioteca/Lists/Transactions/NotifyMe.aspx. The resource object with
key 'NotifyMe' was not found. "

When I installed i had not any errors.

Can somebody help me?
