Problem with Office 2003

Hi
I have a problem with my office 2003 pack. What the
problem is whenever i opened any office packages only
some menus will be enabled and the others are
disabled.for example i cant type anything in office
packages.
I tried to reinstalling till i have the same problem
again.
so please give me solution in this regard.
