Problem with office 2007 installation

Durring the installation i recieve the following message "the following
applications should be closed before continuing the install"

No specific program is listed in the dialog box.

Any Ideas?

Ignore did nothing......

The installation would freeze and do nothing (I let it sit for over 40
minutes)

I eventually canceled the installation (and restore failed).

The only way I was able to correct this was to completely uninstall office
2003 and then reinstall office 2007.
