I was having trouble with outlook yesterday - it stopped responding. I
submitted the error report and was told it was due to an issue that would be
resolved by installing sp3. I installed sp3 and now cannot receive any
email. the error messagie states that it did not receive a response from the
server. I have contacted my ISP and was told there were no problems on their
end, that it must be due to the sp3 install.
