Problem with Office XP

I have a problem running Outlook. I get the message that
it could not find PSTPRX.DLL. I have uninstall Office but
when I reintall it picks up my previous settings and the
fault reoccurs. Does nayone know how to uninstall Office
together with all of its setting?
