problem with officeupdate

I cannot load the office update page
office.microsoft.com/officeupdate or
officeupdate/default.aspx... my browser cannot find the
page or cannot resolve the address.

Does anyone have any ideas why this is...it seems that
any pages related to office will not load. I tried
dumping my cache, restarting the DNS client, etc. and
nothing has worked.

I have installed Office 2003, but I don't think this has
anything to do with the problem?
