problem with OLE server

Hello,
what can cause this problem? I'm unable to create any command button object
because after creation I've been receiving message "A problem occured while
Microsoft Access was communicating with OLE server or Active X control". I'm
not adding my code, everything is generated by Access like Open or Close
Form, etc.
