Problem with opening of attachment after upgrade to 12.1.2

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel
Email Client: imap

I just installed the 12.1.2 update and Entourage will not open the attachments. I sent message to myself and I obtained following message:
"file_name uses a file type that is blocked from opening in this version."

There is not possible to open the downloaded file by clicking Open on the File menu

As an administrator, you can view the default Attachment Policy property
list (.plist) file, which contains a list of the file types that Entourage
automatically blocks.
