I have a user that has several series of events on their calendar. They do
not get their reminder on any of these. When I open the single occurrence,
the reminder is not set. When I open the series, the reminder is set. Under
the single occurrence, when I change the reminder to be on, I close it and
open it back up and it is gone again. I have deleted her Outlook profile and
recreated it with no luck. This user is on a Winterm through Citrix and is
the only user having this issue.
