Hi
we are using exchange 5.5 and mostly outllok 2000.
we recently began rolling out XP pro machines with office 200
installed.
Here is the problem even with Cached mode check the machine runnin
outlook 2003 are having difficulty send and recieve mail. Some eve
when you presh send / recieve say the folder is updated but the emai
does not come thru.
If you then close outlook 2003 and go to the mailserver thru outloo
web it shows more email that is in the mailbox but it is no
downloading to the machine inside outllo 2003.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A couple of points: Exchange Server 5.5 doesn't support Unicode, so the
Cached Exchange mode switch does nothing. Also, Outlook 2003 adds several
new properties to an Exchange Server mailbox which can cause difficulties
for both earlier versions of Outlook and OWA:
