Problem with Outlook 2003- Personal folder language changed to Heb

hi, i bought a laptopn which has hebrew keyboard and the default language was
hebrew for most of the applications. After i bought it i changed the language
to English. It was working fine until recently when some of the system files
/ .net files were deleted . I took back up of my outlook 2003 .pst files and
uninstalled office and reintsalled it again. Updated the latest Service pack
3 for XP. The language is changed to English, but the Outlook 2003 personal
folders are still in hebrew language. I am now not able to download my emails
since it gives an error while downloading the file. Can some one please
suggest some solution for this problem?

I suggest posting the question in a forum or newsgroup that deals with
Outlook - FrontPage is for building web sites.
