I am operating a computer with AMD Athlon XP 2600 1.92 MHz with
2.00 GB of Ram
My OS is Microsoft XP Professional (SP3)
My mail program is Outlook 2003 (11.8217.8221) SP3
After bring my computer on the air, when I open Outlook and read messages,
the Ooutlook is put into the start up on the toolbar. When I close out
Outlook the Icon stays in Start up and then it is running 24/7. It never
closes out. And I cannot close it out.
At the same time this started happening I also started errors that
cause Outlook to close down and immediately restart. This error occurs
when I have to open and e-mail with an attachment. The first
e-mail with an attachment will open okay, but the second one I open will
cause the error. The following errors are shown in the Error Log
Faulting Application Outlool.exe Version 11.0.8217.0 Stamp 480f95d9,
Faulting Module . . . . etc
I have tried to do a repair on the application but it has not helped.
I have done an uninstall and reinstalled from the original disk and still
get the error when I start back up.
How do I correct this problem?
