Problem with Outlook 2003

Hi,
I am constantly having problem with my Outlook 2003 ever since I installed
this on my PC. It constantly have a pop-up that stated "Please wait while
Windows configures Microsoft Office Standard Edition 2003".

I have taken the screenshot of this error message but unfortunately not able
to attach onto here.
