Problem with Outlook Express

I have suddenly started to experience a problem with
Outlook Express. If I receive an e-mail with an attachment
I get the following message and the attachment won't open -
"OE removed access to the following unsafe attachments in
your mail". Any ideas why this should suddenly start
happening?
