Hello to group. Have not posted in this particular group before, but
have found much useful info here. Thanks to those answering questions.
I'm trying to use the Outlook add-in to enter time on projects (we're
using MSP Server 2003, Outlook 2003, MS Project Pro 2003, and XP OS on
desktops). The "Import New Assignments" feature works fine. I can
either click on it manually or set it up to import automatically once a
week - both work fine. I cannot, however, enter time on a task through
Outlook, save the change (along with others), and click "Update Project
Web Access" later to send all saved changes at once. When I save
changes and then try to update them later, I get a message that says,
"You don't have any assignments to update." I also cannot save changes
and have it automatically update from my Outlook calendar to PWA on a
scheduled basis. I can update to PWA through Outlook only by clicking
on "Update Project Manager" for each task.
Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on what I can do to
fix it.
Thanks,
Joe
