Problem with Outlook Pocket Contact Synchronizer 1.2

I think my version of Outlook Pocket Contact Synchronizer has become
corrupted somehow. Because when I click on the Outlook PCS button on the
toolbar, nothing happens (it used to immediately start churning away at the
synchronization). I tried uninstalling using the Add-Remove Programs
utility, then installing again, but no luck. I just can't get it to work.
Can anyone advise me how to completely purge this Add-in from my computer,
Registry and all? I figure with that completely gone, I could start over
and re-install it from scratch. Or does anyone have any other ideas? I'd
really like to get this thing working so I can keep my contacts synchronized
between my handheld and my desktop.Any help would be greatly appreciated...

You generate the operation from your Pocket PC, not Outlook.

I believe you're talking about something else. The synchronization from the
Outlook Pocket Contact Synchronizer add-in is initiated by clicking on the
Outlook PCS button on its own toolbar of Outlook on your desktop. The
process is actually only a one-way "updating", if you will, of the Contacts
root folder with all the contents of all your selected sub-folders below
that. When you click the Outlook PCS button, the contents of all the
selected contacts folders are copied to the Contacts root folder in Outlook.
And during this process, the program displays a thermometer indicator to
show the progress. Then when it's done, you can then synchronize with your
handheld PocketPC device using ActiveSync and the contents of that
newly-updated Contacts root folder are then copied to the handheld device.
At least that's how it worked before. But it's not working now, I think
because the program became corrupted. I tried uninstalling it and
reinstalling it, but it still doesn't work. So I suspect, I need to
completely purge the program from memory and Registry and start over. If
you can't advise me directly, can you point me to some other possible
resource?
