Problem with outlook sending the same messages when outlook is ope

Hello all,

I am having an issue with outlook sending the same exact messages when I
open outlook. Then it gets stuck on different email messages and then
outlook freezes.

This is a pop account. Any help would be great I have never seen this
behavior before.
