A client is running Exchange 2003 on Windows Server 2003. I do not know any
specifics about service packs that may be installed. The issue involves
attempting to plan a meeting more than 2 months into the future. One user is
able to see others' calendars through September 30, 2009. After that,
everyone's schedule shows up as "no information." In other words, she sees
the slanted lines indicating that there is no information available. I'd
like to know if there is a way to change it so that she (or anyone for that
matter) can get more than two months of calendar information for others.
Please keep in my mind that I know virtually nothing about Exchange Server.
Consequently, if there is a change that needs to be made through Exchange
itself then I will need explicit, step-by-step instructions. Thank you very
much.
