Hi!
I have 3 POP accounts in my Outlook, which are from Yahoo, Gmail and my
company's own domain name. Everytime I start up Outlook, the Incoming mail
server setting is messed up. Instead of being "pop.mail.yahoo.com", it now
reads "localhost". It's the same problem for the other 2 email accounts
settings also.
And I find that my User Name reads as "johndoe/pop.mail.yahoo.com", instead
of just "johndoe", which is the way I set it up.
What's happening, and how do I solve this problem? The other users in my
company get this problem too. Is it because of Exchange?
Our company uses Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003 in our company.
Thanks a lot for any suggestions/ solutions!
