Problem with pop-up

I created a pop-up that worked great until I put a motion gallery on the page.

In the FrontPage preview I can see both the motion gallery and the pop-up,
but in a web browser, the pop-up doesn't open.

Any Suggestions to getting the pop-up to work in the browser along with the
motion gallery?
