Problem with printing a report from a form

I have a form which has a button to print a report (eg. an employee ID card
etc). This works satisfactorily, except that when I go to print it my
printer (HP 1200 Laserjet) prompts me to press the 'Go' button on the
printer every time I wish to print a report. I do not have this issue with
any other software packages and cannot find any controls in Access that
would be causing this (although there is probably some control I need to
change).

Hello.

I had the same problem, and I found out that it happened because the report was using colored controls. I did not find any other solution but to make all elements of the report black and white.
