problem with printing with partial characters in office 03

When I print a document from Office 2003 my hard copy has the top part of the
characters missing on some, but not all, of the lines. All the text
characters appear on the monitor screen. I do not have this same problem
when I print directly from the internet or email, so I do not think it is a
printer problem. Can anyone help me resolve this? Could this be a driver
issue? I am using Windows XP and an HP inkjet printer.

The HP printer has a btn sequence to print a test page directly from the
printer, its explained in hp help
You could allways visit hp site for an updated printer driver.
