Problem with private E-Mails that cant be seen in shared Mailboxes.

My company has problems with private e-mails that cant be seen in shared mailboxes by others. We have office 365 hosted by microsoft. We already gave the rights to the individuals that are in these shared mailboxes via powershell commands. The permission to view the E-mails shows up on screen but they still cant see the E-mails. If somebody has a similiar issue I would appreciate any clue or help.
