Problem with Project Server 2003 after installing Windows Share Po

Before installing WSS the grid in project server 2003 retrieve all data from
ProjectServer database but after WSS installed it continue showing Loading
Data… in grid area and with a JavaScript Error on page in status bar of the
browser window.
When we click on the status bar the following Internet Explorer dialog
appear and show the error description.

Error is:- Internet Server Error: Object/Module not found.

These steps were perfectly working before installation of WSS without any
error but after installation this error occurred and the grid are unable to
show any data.

The same problem occurs wherever there is a grid in the page.

Whats happened after installing WSS because before installation there is no
problem
Please help us.

Naveen:

Make sure that the MDAC directory is excluded from WSS managed paths. See if
that helps.
