problem with project view

i have a quite big problem with project view.
i can see the list of projects, but when i click to see the plan, it takes
too time (sometimes even blocks the explorer)
when i finally can see the plan, i only see a little square (1 cm*1cm aprox)
i have no idea in what is happening....
i have no problems with other pages in PWA.
