Problem with project web access

Hi,

I have an issue with web access. When a couple of our users log on to
project server through the browser they get the home page fine, but when
they click on one of the links at the top ie, Tasks or Projects, the page
loads and as the web-part/control is trying to load it traps and causes an
error that in turn causes IE to shut down.

So far this problem has only occured on 3 machines (all laptops) yet any
other machines i try work fine.

Is there any way to force the controls to download again (either by removing
the current controls or by some other menas)

Possibilities include:

Browser Acceleration software such as NetZero's high-speed thingy
Browser addins such as the Google popup blocker
An older version of MDAC
Browser Security settings

I have the same problem in some machines. I fix it
installing MDAC v2.8
