Problem with Publisher 2000

Hello Mary!

Thanks for your gentle help and reply but Windows installer clean-up
tool is not what I'm looking for.
Textually from the MS paper:

"The Windows Installer CleanUp Utility does not perform the following
functions:
• Remove Windows Installer
• Remove files of any programs that are installed by Windows Installer,
such as Microsoft Office 2003".

Originally when I had Office 2000 installed on my computer, i just
decided to install Office 2003.
During the install of Office 2003, I was offered the choice to keep or
not Office 2000. I chose to KEEP Office 2000 as I needed some time to
get used to Office 2003.
After few open\close cession of Publisher 2000, I was not able anymore
to use Publisher 2000!
OK! To make it short...what I want to do is to "erase" everything that
is related with MS-Office 2000 AND 2003.
And re-install MS-Publisher 2000 only.

Can you help me with this?
Thanks

Lucky luke

Well, Lucky, I have all sorts of versions of Office programs running on my
computer without any issues. There is an eraser tool for Office 2000 that has
been around for a while. According to the Knowledge Base it hasn't been tested
with Windows XP.

Have you tried a detect and repair with Publisher 2000? Publisher 2003 is
superior to 2000.

The Cleanup utility has worked for me in the past. I was glad it did not affect
my files.
