Problem with publishing a form to OFL

Hi,

I am trying to publish a form to the Organizational Forms Library but it
keeps coming up with the message below:

Unable to successfully publish the form due to a MAPI error. Th eform cannot
be installed because you do not have owner permissions.

Could you please help me with this issue?

Are you sure you were publishing to the Organizational Forms system folder
and not to a folder in Public Folders? What did a check of the permissions
show?

How do I check for permissions when I am designing a new form?

Should this be done from Exchange itself where the Organizational library is
sitting or am I supposed to be checking locally on the WS?

I am using Outlook XP on a SBS2000 network.

The Exchange administrator controls the permissions on the Organizational
Form system folder and should be able to check them for you.
