Problem with Publishing Form

Hi,

We are using Small Business Server & Office 2003.

Recently, I developed some new contact forms for Outlook
2003. It worked well at the beginning and I have
published the forms in the some public contact folders
and made them default form.

A few days ago I started having problem when I create new
contact from the public contact folders. Everytime the
error message "The Object could not be found" pop up when
I wanted to create a contact with my custom form. When I
revert to use the original Outlook form - it worked well.

I have tried to create new contact form and post them to
the public folders again - but again it didn't work. I
got the same error message "The Object could not be
found".

Please help!

Regards

Lilian

I've just run into the same problem too! I can't publish
forms, my Standard Forms Library is now empty, and I
can't copy attachments into contacts or calendar
entries. I also get the following error messages: "Error
occurred during creation of an Active-X control. Cannot
create attachments. The object could not be found."
If anyone can help us, it'd be most appreciated.

Have you applied Office 2003 SP1 and run Help | Detect and Repair?

I am creating a modified Appointment form, and for the moment
associating/publishing it to my own calendar area, and the same error
occurs.

If I utilize the form (run it) from the design mode interface all is
fine, but once published I get the aforementioned error, and
additionally, the start time is not "calculated" but set to 6AM and the
assigned duration, 1 hour, defaults to 15 minutes (not even my preset
duration of 30 minutes).

I've attempted the Help/Detect and Repair as mentioned by Sue...
unfortuantely, no change to the result...

I've sent my specific form vbscript code and indicated that the
aforementioned error only occurs after publishing in hopes that this
might help shed some light on what might be going wrong.

P.S.: We are using Outlook 2003 (11.6359.6360) SP1 with Exchange 2003
SP1 on Windows Server 2003 SBS (all patches applied via SUS upto the end
og August 2003.

Help!!

Thanks,
Rick Newton
