Problem with Pull-down menus

Has anybody ever had any problems with the pull-down menus? All of a sudden
they just stopped working. The Font and Help menus pull down, but not the
others. I am running Office 2001. The menus "light up" like when they are
clicked, but the menu does not pull down. If anybody has any ideas, they
would be a big help.
