problem with re-publishing forms

I created a new form, ran it in design mode and it worked
fine. I published it and it still worked fine.
Then I needed to make a change to the form so I brought
it up in design mode, made a change to a property (just a
height and width of a listbox). When I tried to run the
form in design mode I get an "object required" on the set
of the first object in the Item_Open. I did a publish and
still get the error. The only time I do not get that
error is when I have created a new form from an Oracle
Standard Form before the first publish. Has anyone ever
heard of this problem??
Please help!!!

You want make sure that you put the version number in the name that you
publish with--myform_01, myform_02. That is the only way to avoid the
cache problems you seem to be experiencing. (When I developed forms, I
normally kept three good versions of a form, in separate folders, just
to make sure that I had a good backup from which to restart the
design.) When the number of form_version forms get excessive for your
taste, use the forms manager to delete the old, unwanted versions.

Actually my problem was because I had 2 custom forms and
when I open in design view it unchecks the show this page
on one of them. If I click on the show this page for both
forms then it runs ok. I can then run it and publish it
with no problem. It just takes off one of my show this
page checks every time I open it up in design. I do not
know why. I guess alot of people do not design multiple
custom forms or maybe I have a setting that makes this
happen? No sure. So it is not a cache problem. It is a
setting problem.
Thanks!
