problem with RoutingSlip

I tried using the code given at “How to send an email from Word using VBAâ€

when this lines gets executed "ActiveDocument.HasRoutingSlip = True

I always keep getting the error messag

"General mail failure. Close Microsoft Word, restart the mail system, and try again.

I tried as what was prompted, but still keep getting the same message

I use MS Word 2000, Windows 98 and Netscape 7.1(for mailing)

I tried routing slip, because this macro should work for all mailing softwares.
