Problem with rules opens the forms and web service

Hi:
I'm spanish, sorry for my bad english .

I have the next problem:

I need to call a web service, which will be consulted when a button submit
is pressed. Anyway, I set some rules opens the form so that when you publish
to my server and be accessed with a web browser I get a null error. Does
turning off all rules of opens the form if it goes well. How do I fix this?
Are incompatible the two options?
