Problem with runtime

I created a standalone Access 2003 application and using the Runtime
extensions I installed it on 2 different systems. Both systems had Windows XP
Professional installed but I get different results from each system.

System #1
The application comes up and works correctly

System #2
The application comes up for about 2 seconds with a blank screen then exits.

Any help with troubleshooting this problem will be appreciated.
