Problem with saving documents as .csv file

I have a table in excell with part numbers like 23A12, 837B2, 12E32...
When I want to save this documents as .csv type of file, excell
converts codes that contains E in scientific format of numbers. So
part number 12E32 converts to 1,20E+33! Can someone please help me
with this.

You sure?

I put those values in a new worksheet (I had to make sure that the last field
was text before I typed it in) and then created a .csv file.

I opened that .csv file in NotePad and saw my text values.

But...

If I opened the .csv file in excel, then excel saw that last value as a number.

If you have to open the CSV file in excel, then rename it to .txt first.
Then when you do File|Open, you can specify that each field is text in the data
import wizard.
