Problem with saving to a different version

I want to save a MSP 2007 project file to a 2003 version and it worked until
Friday. This file is part of PWA (Project Server 2007).

I opened the file in READ ONLY to save into the 2003 format and it will
start but it hangs MSP.

Any ideas?

We have reproduced this issue with Microsoft Support Engineers, but only for
a particular user, not all users, and someone else can save that project in
version 2003. Can someone else save that project, is it just you?
